A workshop is a sort of professionally chaired meeting that looks at a central theme - at least that's what it says in the book. What the book doesn't mention is that you can achieve a lot more with a well designed and professionally chaired workshop. Managers frequently contact us after our workshops with feedback: "The topic has now been implemented. But what is more amazing is how well the team now gets on and how much more productively they work together!"
Workshops that are chaired correctly are an ideal instrument when developing teams. A formerly wild group of highly competent but inefficient experts will turn into a high-performance team that manages its tasks, projects and challenges in a much more speedy, efficient and crisis-resistant manner.
And again we see that it does not take much to significantly raise the productivity and impact of teams, managers and employees - it just needs to be the correct action.
